Project overview

Robert Half and Protiviti’s Women’s History Month digital campaign was crafted to celebrate the strength, contributions, and ongoing journey toward gender equality for women across all backgrounds. The creative direction moved away from traditional soft florals, adopting a bolder papercut-inspired design to convey empowerment, layered identities, and forward momentum. This visual evolution helped highlight the multifaceted roles women play in society and the workplace, while also making space for allyship and unity across gender identities. The campaign was designed to resonate deeply with a wide audience through thoughtful digital assets used in social media, email communications, and internal platforms.

The result was a campaign that not only honored women’s achievements—past and present—but also supported conversation around inclusion, equity, and shared progress. It reaffirmed Robert Half and Protiviti’s commitment to creating space for all voices, celebrating intersectionality, and driving real change through intentional design and messaging.
